What does this plan consist of?
● MOTIVATIONAL TIPS: we love to add motivational tips to our plans
to help you guys reach your goals!
● INFORMATIVE PAGES: we have added information on Pyramid
Training, information on Resistance Bands and information on Meal Prepping to give you a better
understanding of why we incorporated them into our plan. Resistance bands are not included.
● 8 WEEK FITNESS PLAN : the workouts include step by step pictures
as well as a brief description on how to perform the workouts
○ We included workout routines for 5 out of the 7 days, so that
your last two days can be rest days and/or active rest days
● MEAL PREP RECIPES : we included 24 of our favorite meal prep
recipes! You will be making 3 recipes per week
● VEGETARIAN VEGAN SUBSTITUTES: for all of our vegan and
vegetarian #fitBABES we have included a chart at the end that
includes meat and dairy substitutions to our recipes.
