Hi cuties :) My name is Janelle Mughannam and I am 26 years old. I have never been active in my life until a few years ago. During my freshmen year of college I completely slacked off and put on 20 pounds. I was out of shape, unhealthy, and unmotivated. That is when I decided that I wanted to change something about myself and get on track. Slowly and surely I started lifting weights at the gym with the help of my mother who showed me the ropes. Today, three years later I am on a consistent and steady fitness schedule that has defiently lead to the results I wanted. My experience was a journey of trial and error; I found out what worked best with me and stuck to it. Currently my goal is to build more muscle and to put on some weight. It has been challenging at times but I know that changes do not happen over night. Fitness has made me happier, healthy and overall motivated in life. Ultimately, I hope that these fitness plans help motivate you to stay on track and to live a healthier lifestyle! We're all in this together! You are not alone:)
Hey babes! My name is Celine Mughannam and I am currently 23 years old. I started working out when I graduated high school in 2015. By working out, I mean some cardio and half ass sit ups. I have always been self conscious about my chunky legs and “thunder thighs” as my siblings used to call them, so my goal to start off was to lose weight in my legs and to just be skinnier overall. It wasn’t until halfway through my freshmen year of college when I really got into weight training. Instantly I fell in love. My goal went from losing weight to gaining muscle and getting toned. Of course it was difficult to get into at first, but I knew what I wanted and I wasn’t going to stop until I reached my goal; and till this day, I am still working to reach it. Fitness for me started as something that I forced myself to do into something that I WANT and look forward to doing; it is truly my passion. I am so excited to embark on this fitness journey with you all!
