Consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, are pregnant, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
By purchasing this program, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions without limitation, qualification or change. You represent that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions at all times while using this program. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Fitwsis.com from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Fitwsis.com negligence.
The Recipes provided herein contain ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals. These recipes are suggestions only. Do not make a recipe that contains ingredients that you are allergic to. If you are unsure about potential allergic reactions please consult your family physician.
